What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship watch rolls, apparel, and watch straps via the United States post office (USPS). We ship watches via FedEx second day air with insurance. A signature will be require for delivery due to the insurance value. If you have any question regarding shipping, please email us.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We offer several options via United States mail for smaller items such as watch rolls, watch straps, and apparel. Shipping costs are based on weight, size, and destination. We ship to locations within the United Stated and the US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Domestic mail within the continental United States normally takes between 5 to 10 business days. For watches, we ship via insured FedEx 2nd day delivery with signature confirmation.
For smaller items such as watch rolls, watch straps, and apparel, we ship via international priority mail which normally takes between 10 – 25 business days. International mail delivery time varies widely from country to country. Watches will be shipped via insured FedEx or insured international express mail. FedEx normally takes between 3 – 7 business days and express mail normally takes between 7 – 14 businesses days.
Shipping times can be prolonged due to weather, customs, etc.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship small items such as watch rolls, watch straps, and apparel via international priority mail (United States postal mail). We ship watches via insured international express mail (United Stated postal mail) or insured FedEx (Federal Express). The shipping cost will be determined by the service you choose and your destination. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping your order. Customs, duties, VAT, and taxes vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable, therefore if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes/VAT, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.
How Can I Return a Product?
- If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, we will accept a return that is in unused and/or unworn condition and process a refund minus the shipping cost.
- We offer a one (1) year factory warranty on our watches, however our warranty cannot accommodate purchases that have been abused, misused, or altered.
- Where needed, Genesee Watch Co will repair your watch. Contact email@example.com to discuss a potential repair service.
- In the case of watches, we ask that you complete the Genesee Watch Co registration to ensure a record of your purchase.
- The sale of all limited edition products, products that have been monogrammed, embossed, personalized, engraved, etc are final and non-refundable.

We accept orders using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, and Dwolla. Orders paid for by check or money order may be mailed in. When paying by check, please be sure to allow time for check clearance. Orders can also be paid by bank ACH, bank wire transfer, or Chase Quick Pay (available to US clients only).
